New Utilities Accounts

All new utility accounts must fill out a new account form online below or at the Village Hall, 401 East Mississippi Avenue, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Once the form is submitted, it will be emailed to the water billing clerk.
A $150 water/sewer deposit must be paid in full before a new account is set up. This can be paid by cash, money order, check, credit/debit card, or online under misc.
 A state ID or driver's license is required. If you have any questions, please contact the Utility Billing Clerk directly at 815-423-5011.
